Returns & Cancellations

At Orfa Dates, we guarantee that our products will arrive at your specified shipping address in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon delivery, please contact us at orders@orfadates.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Claims & Replacements

To initiate a replacement or exchange claim, please provide a detailed description and supporting photograph(s). Please note:

  • Documentation: Requests submitted without supporting documents are not eligible for re-shipment.

  • Perishable Goods: Orfa Dates reserves the right to limit replacements due to the perishable nature of our products.

Delivery Issues

Orfa Dates is not responsible for failed deliveries in the following instances:

  • The provided shipping address is inaccurate or obsolete.

  • The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

  • The package is returned to the sender because a corrected address was not provided within 24 hours of the initial delivery attempt.

  • Note: Any orders returned or redirected due to inaccurate addresses will be subject to supplementary fees based on the destination country's courier rates.

Refunds & Replacements

How to Apply

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via orders@orfadates.com.

  • Processing: Once approved, replacement items will be dispatched within 2–5 business days.

  • Refunds: If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 10 to 30 working days for the credit to appear in your account.

Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement or refund, at least one of the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product was damaged during transit.

  2. The item is faulty or expired.

  3. The incorrect product was shipped.

Cancellations

  • Window: Cancellation requests are only accepted if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Refunds: If a cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount.

  • Right to Refuse: Orfa Dates reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing/informational errors, or issues identified regarding personal or financial details.
